Word on the street, but not officially yet, is that Toy Story 1 & 2 will be released on Blu-ray in North America (and hopefully everywhere else) on March 23rd next year.
Blu-ray.com has a tentative list of bonus features, but presumably those are just Blu-ray exclusives and not the full list, as no bonus features from the DVD releases appear to be on that list and all past Blu-ray releases of older Pixar films have included all the old bonus features.

The L.A. Times interviews Michael Giacchino about the music piece he wrote for Up’s “Married Life” sequence.
Little birdies are whispering that Toy Story 1 and 2 will be released in glorious high definition on Blu-ray in the spring or early next summer. Those with Up on Blu-ray can supposedly see a trailer via the BD-Live function that teases at this, but there has been no proper announcement or even a date set yet.

Michael Giacchino was nominated for Best Score Soundtrack, and two individual tracks were nominated in two other categories. Giacchino was also nominated for his Star Trek score.
