Word on the street, but not officially yet, is that Toy Story 1 & 2 will be released on Blu-ray in North America (and hopefully everywhere else) on March 23rd next year.
Blu-ray.com has a tentative list of bonus features, but presumably those are just Blu-ray exclusives and not the full list, as no bonus features from the DVD releases appear to be on that list and all past Blu-ray releases of...

Little birdies are whispering that Toy Story 1 and 2 will be released in glorious high definition on Blu-ray in the spring or early next summer. Those with Up on Blu-ray can supposedly see a trailer via the BD-Live function that teases at this, but there has been no proper announcement or even a date set yet.
